Overview

The strategic decision to target large sports organizations meant designing and developing solutions that meet their unique custom apparel needs, while addressing pain points and objections.

Goal

Simplify the purchase of uniforms and other required items. Reduce or eliminate the potential for user error when purchasing requred items. Ensure all members of an organization have what they need to participate at the start of the season.

Approach

Build internal tools for the creation and management of apparel collections, team rosters, and roster notifications
Use roster and notification features to send user-specific notifications and personalize custom apparel without user effort
Allow users to easily find and purchase required items via a collection landing page
Provide organizations with visibility into required item order status

Produced personas based on user research and stakeholder feedback to clarify user goals, needs, and concerns
